Abstract:
International context and cultural proficiency are recognized elements of essential and quality preparation of advanced practice nurses.  The purpose of this symposium to provide opportunity for faculty explore the plethora of venues for incorporating aspects of global health into curriculum, practice and research.   Each member of the panel will speak to specific methods to incorporate international content in those three areas. This symposium addresses the critical need to develop faculty and prepare NPs with a global perspective.
